How tracking works

Every bulk order is assigned a unique tracking number linking sea container logs or air waybill records directly. You can monitor port arrival, customs clearances, warehouse dispatch, and final delivery dispatch.

Order Status Breakdown

2. 2In Transit (Port): Cargo is currently in transit by shipping line or airline.
3. 3Customs Review: Documents are under review by border agencies at Port of entry.
4. 4Inland Transit: Cargo is on truck or rail routing from port to regional hubs.
5. 5Ready for Pickup: Package has arrived at Kampala/local warehouse for client check.

Updating Tracking info (Suppliers)

Suppliers must input cargo dispatch notes and bill of lading documents within 48 hours of dispatch in the Vendor Dashboard under Order Fulfillment. Delay in loading shipping tracking codes leads to auto-refund protocols.

Import Declarations and Compliance

East African trade corridors require strict customs clearance processes. Sumic Online partners with licensed custom clearing brokers at Mombasa port and Malaba border to facilitate fast cargo release.

Mandatory Documentation Checklist
