When will my payment be released to the supplier?
Your payment is held in escrow and only released after you confirm receipt and satisfaction with the goods. You have up to 30 days to inspect the order.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All fees are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm payment. Payment processing fees vary by method (bank fees, card fees, etc.).
Is my payment information secure?
