Product Description
Small, moist black seeds extracted by hand from gourmet vanilla beans, for sweet and savoury dishes. It takes 6 to 8 kg of gourmet beans to make 1 kg of caviar. Moisture 6-10%, vanillin 1.2-2%. Biovanilla is certified organic, FSSC 22000, Rainforest Alliance and Fair for Life. Grown in the SAVA and DIANA regions of northern Madagascar.
